Original Pattern 1908 Cavalry Trooper’s Sword marked on bowl B over RCD over 138 possibly meaning it was carried by Royal Canadian Dragoons who served in WW1 as part of the Canadian Expeditionary Force. Broad arrow over EFD (Enfield production), Enfield proof and “X” bend mark.  Opposite side shows British proofs and a date of December 1914 (12, ’14). Blade is very good.  no nicks or corrosion. Scabbard has Broad Arrow, EFD Enfield maker mark, British proofs and a date of 15 (1915). Retains original beige colour paint.
