Original fibre shell and paint. Marked on leather headband EMPIRE 67/8 Pat. App. For. Also has paper label inside shell Empire 1940 Broad Arrow with size 7 1/8 changed to 6 7/8. One suspension strap is broken and helmet padding has been removed.
