Lee Enfield No. 4 Mk II* variant

The Mk II* bayonets are considered third pattern where the socket and spike blade are separate forgings fastened together by welding. Manufactured by Lewisham Engineering in London (England) and marked L.ENG with S376 in a rectangle and No. 4 Mk II*. Lewisham made the fewest of the Mk II* pattern at 84,566.

Two British Parachute Regiment cap badges. King’s crown WWII style, very good reproduction likely re-struck from original dies. Lugs on back. Only one has split pin. Unmarked. Appear to be 1970’s vintage. Seven Parachute Regiment shoulder flashes. Some are modern and some are vintage perhaps WWII, the blue background flash in particular. Also includes 2 brass Parachute Regiment shoulder titles with brass backing. Price is for lot as pictured.
